All bags are made of vegan cork "leather." The fabric is sourced from Portugal. They're eco-friendly, sustainable, water resistant & stain resistant.
Where does the cork come from?

The cork tree is in the family of oak trees. The dead outer layer of bark of the cork oak tree - or Quercus (oak) suber (cork) - is what is harvested for the cork fabric. This harvest does not damage or kill the tree. The harvesting of the bark from the tree allows new bark to grow in its place, and this new growth increases tree respiration process. Each tree is a renewable source of raw material. In fact each piece of cork bark is unique.
